We are first and foremost a specialty cut flower operation that caters to the local floral wholesale market. This means our primary focus is planning, growing, maintaining & harvesting high-quality flowers for florists, event planners, designers & business owners with a resale number.

Our primary wholesale outlet is the Piedmont Wholesale Flower Market in Durham. PWF is open seasonally, from March to November. If you have needs outside the hours & schedule of the wholesale market or want to be added to our florist email list (for up-to-date information & availability), please contact us directly. We are not accepting standing orders at this time.

Think of ordering off of a menu, picking and choosing designs for a one-time event, celebration, or special moment. This includes, but is in no way limited to: a baby shower table arrangement, a birthday bouquet, small bud vases, a Thanksgiving centerpiece… the possibilities are endless. Please contact us for specific requests and pricing.

At this time we do not offer wedding design, but can recommend several area florists who do!

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Born out of necessity during COVID, the CBF Subscription is a pre-paid, contactless, “farmer’s choice” delivery service, highlighting the best flowers from the farm. In the Spring you can expect narcissus, ranunculus, anemones (or just ranunculus, which has its own subscription); Summer may include unique varieties of zinnias, sunflowers or lisianthus; Fall could be straight bunches of the best dahlias on the farm. Colors shift week to week to give you a full range of what a particular flower or combination of flowers have to offer, and goes beyond what you may find at the Farmer’s Market or grocery store.

All flowers are seasonal to the Piedmont and are grown following a crop plan executed months in advance. It is one of the best ways to support a local agricultural business.
